2. Professional Use Only

VexStat is an analytics workstation. We are not a bookmaker, and we do not accept bets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of our data complies with all local laws and regulations in their geographic sector.

3. Accuracy of Data

While our models are engineered for institutional-grade precision, no statistical model can guarantee future outcomes. VexStat is not liable for any financial decisions made based on Service data.

4. Intellectual Property

The models, "Elite Briefings," and "Institutional Manifests" generated by the terminal are the exclusive property of VexStat. Unauthorized scraping or mass-exporting of data for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
